John Habitzruther is a highly capable, experienced, and talented contractor who does what he says he will…a rare find these days. John recently executed the tear out and rough carpentry for our extensive home renovation project. John’s involvement included estimating and ordering materials as well as the labor. Even though we knew what we wanted in the design, John was quick to provide alternative options worth considering. When other subcontractors failed to show up as expected, John even picked up the slack by installing drywall, moving electrical and plumbing, and painting as needed to keep the job rolling. John goes out of his way to assure our satisfaction with all aspects of the job. We highly recommend him!
